What you are buying. The Owner-Operator Survival Manual is a digital book delivered as a PDF download through Gumroad immediately after purchase. There is no physical product and nothing ships.
Your licence. The book is licensed to you for your own personal and business use. You may read it on your devices and print copies for yourself. You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or reproduce it for others.
Not professional advice. The book contains general business, operational and regulatory information for commercial motor carriers. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Regulations change and vary by jurisdiction — always verify current requirements with FMCSA, your state agency, and qualified professionals before acting.
Numbers and examples. Cost figures, rate ranges and market data are current to 2026 and will move. The example truck used throughout is illustrative. Nothing in the book is a representation that any particular financial result will follow from reading it or applying it.
